new records. Hita Ng Patel (Ahmedabad), Ganesh Paraji Kute (Mumbai), Dr
Dibyendu Roy (Varanasi), Max Fashion (Kochi), LNIPE (Gwalior), IHMCT (Ranchi)
are a few of them.
Benhavi Gangte (9) of Churachandpur, Manipur, set a
record for playing and singing the maximum number of gospel songs
simultaneously on a Keyboard. The record for the maximum number of NCC cadets
participating in a bicycle rally to commemorate 75 years of independence was
set by Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, Gwalior. Similarly,
the record for preparing and displaying the maximum number of varieties of
Madua flour-based cookies in 60 minutes was set by the Institute of Hotel
Management & Catering Technology, Ranchi.
Dr Dibyendu Roy (37), Onco Rehabilitation Consultant,
Apex Multi-Specialty Hospital, Varanasi, set the record for the maximum number
of cancer patients treated in a day. The ABR record for the largest
flower-shaped installation designed from garments was set by Max Fashion,
Kochi, Kerala on the occasion of Onam celebrations. Ganesh Paraji Kute (42) of
Mumbai was appreciated for drinking 1 liter of water from a bottle in 20
seconds. The record for the first convoy of Maruti Suzuki Jimnys to reach the
highest motorable road (Umling-La) was set by SimplyJimny.
The record for organizing the largest tombola event for females was set by Hita N Patel, Chairman of the Women Empowerment Committee of Karnavati Club Ltd, Ahmedabad. The ABR record for the maximum number of participants reading together at multiple locations was set by Room to Read India Trust, New Delhi. Jain (Deemed-to-be University) Shantamani Kala Kendra, Bengaluru, set a record for making the Biggest Idol of Lord Ganesha with Environmental Supplement (Waste) Materials on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.
