Patiala gets a new luxury bar with the launch of Boombox Penthouse


Patiala: After over a decade of revolutionizing the nightlife and dining scene in Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, and Lucknow, Boombox has now arrived with an all-new Luxury Bar format, Boombox Penthouse at Downtown Building, New Lal Bagh, Upper Mall RoadPatiala.

On this occasion, an exclusive party was organized at the sprawling Boombox Penthouse in which a renowned ramp model and a top-10 finalist of Miss India 2011, Aprajita Sharma and Dr Sukhmilap Ratol, owner of Downtown  Building along with prominent lifestyle influencers of Pink Sky graced the event.

Other star attractions include a terrace overlooking a magnificent polo ground, a live pizza and pasta kitchen as well as a private dining area where you can experience some mouthwatering cuisine while soaking in an upscale and breathtaking view.

Performed poetry marks the formal launch of poetry book ‘Uns’

Chandigarh:  Nisha Luthra, a Chandigarh based theatre director and founder of The Narrators, a performing arts society, has penned her maiden book of poetry - 'Uns.' 'Uns' was formally and very uniquely unveiled through a 'performed poetry' presentation at the world famous Rock Garden. A music and dance recital was showcased as part of the performed poetry presentation by city based contemporary dance artiste Puneet Jewandah and Bharatnatyam virtuoso Varun Khanna to the accompaniment of  live tabla and violin. The performance was based on the poetry in ‘Uns’ and was conceived and directed by the writer Nisha Luthra herself. "My book is a showcase depicting multifaceted aspects of human sentiments.
