The event is being hosted by
IFSCA, Govt of India, in collaboration with GIFT City
and Bloomberg on December 3 and 4, in virtual mode. Indonesia,

countries in the first edition of the Forum. Few of the top speakers at the

his PhD in Law with specialisation in arbitration, LLM in Corporate and Criminal Laws at the
University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University (PU) Chandigarh,
has been an alumnus of Edinburgh University, UK and Harvard
University, USA
where he did his MBA. He is a certified commercial
arbitrator having completed his degree in commercial arbitration from Permanent Court of Arbitrators, The Hague, Netherlands.
Dr Garg is associated as a certified
member Arbitrator with world’s premier bodies like ICCA, AIADR, SIAC, Singapore International
Arbitration Center
and LSIAC , London.
He has presented his research work at various world level universities
previously at Harvard University, Cambridge,
New Castle, Wageningen and Oxford universities. He has 37 international
level and 112 national level research works published till date to his credit
in diverse subjects of law, arbitration, cooperatives, crypto currencies,
