Jalandhar, Punjab: Panjab University (PU) alumnus Dr Hemant Garg has once again made Chandigarh proud by managing the two-day thought leadership InFinity Forum event, which will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 3rd December, 2021. Dr Garg, PhD, LLM from PU, is the Nodal Officer (social media) of International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) and also Incharge - social media of this global event. The event is being hosted by IFSCA, Govt of India, in collaboration with GIFT City and Bloomberg on December 3 and 4, in virtual mode. Indonesia, South Africa and the UK are partner countries in the first edition of the Forum. Few of the top speakers at the event are Mukesh Ambani, CMD, Reliance Industries, Masayoshi Son, Chairman & CEO, SoftBank and Nandan Nilekani, Co-Founder, Infosys. Key domestic partners to this year’s Forum are NITI Aayog, Invest India, FICCI and NASSCOM.

Officers of govt of india like Dr Hemant Garg make this country proud by projecting the country into the global league under the able direction of PM Modi’s vision. Dr Hemant Garg completed his PhD in Law with specialisation in arbitration, LLM  in Corporate and Criminal Laws at the University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University (PU) Chandigarh, has been an alumnus of Edinburgh University, UK and Harvard University, USA where he did his MBA. He is a certified commercial arbitrator having completed his degree in commercial arbitration from Permanent Court of Arbitrators, The Hague, Netherlands.

Dr Garg is associated as a certified member Arbitrator with world’s premier bodies like ICCA, AIADR, SIAC, Singapore International Arbitration Center and LSIAC , London. He has presented his research work at various world level universities previously at Harvard University, Cambridge, New Castle, Wageningen and Oxford universities. He has 37 international level and 112 national level research works published till date to his credit in diverse subjects of law, arbitration, cooperatives, crypto currencies, blockchain, quantum computing, community health and social media. BW
