Novotel Chandigarh Tribune Chowk appoints Tikka Manpreet Singh as Executive Chef

Chandigarh: Novotel Chandigarh Tribune Chowk has appointed Tikka Manpreet Singh as its Executive Chef. Manpreet comes with over 16 years of experience having worked with international and Indian brands including The Taj, J. W. Marriott, IHG, Carlson and The Oberoi Group of Hotels and Resorts.He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from AHLA, Chandigarh.In his most recent assignment, Manpreet was associated with Holiday Inn, Panchkula as their Executive Chef.

Chef Manpreet in his role at Novotel Chandigarh will be responsible for curating menus, innovating recipes for both Food Exchange, contemporary all-day dining and Curves, the Lounge bar at the hotel. Chef Tikka has been passionate about cooking since his childhood, which motivated him to take it up as his profession. When he is not cooking up a storm in the hotel's kitchen,he likes exploring different global cuisines and enjoys travelling with his family and his pet. He is also fond of motor sports and is passionate about cars and bikes.

Novotel Chandigarh Tribune Chowk, is strategically located in Chandigarh, offering proximity to government offices, shopping areas and high-end residences. Chandigarh: A free limbs camp - Ek Haath Aasha Ka, will be held at the Block 9 of Chandigarh University located on the Ludhiana-Chandigarh Highway (NH 95) in Punjab on 14 th November, 2021 under the aegis of Rotary club Chandigarh Central in association of Rotary Club Poona Downtown, District Rotract Organisation. Ashish Midha, President, Rotary Club Chandigarh Central said, “The free limbs camp will be organized for the children above 10 years of age and elders, who have lost their hands in some accident.
