'Heroes Amongst Us' : Kindle version of the book launched on Amazon


The Kindle version of the popular book Heroes Amongst Us was launched recently on Amazon. On the occasion of the launch, Dr Amit Nagpal, Author shared with The News Chronicle, “We all need inspiration to survive the Covid-19 and related issues. When we read stories of people who have succeeded against multiple odds and adversity we get mental strength to face the crisis caused by the pandemic.”


The book has rapidly gained popularity as people are searching more inspirational books due to lockdowns as well as an uncertain future caused by Covid-19. Performed poetry marks the formal launch of poetry book ‘Uns’

Chandigarh:  Nisha Luthra, a Chandigarh based theatre director and founder of The Narrators, a performing arts society, has penned her maiden book of poetry - 'Uns.' 'Uns' was formally and very uniquely unveiled through a 'performed poetry' presentation at the world famous Rock Garden. A music and dance recital was showcased as part of the performed poetry presentation by city based contemporary dance artiste Puneet Jewandah and Bharatnatyam virtuoso Varun Khanna to the accompaniment of  live tabla and violin.
