Alumni Cricket Bash to create new bonds between four historic boarding schools

Chandigarh :  The Alumni Cricket Bash (ACB), played among the alumni of the four most reputed, historic and best known legacy Boarding Schools of India, including The Doon School, Mayo College , Daly College and Scindia School , will be played on 27th and 28th November, at a neutral venue at IVCA. The tournament is being hosted by the Scindia School Old Boys Association (SOBA). This was announced at a press meet held at Chandigarh Press Club here today. Mohali:  Ms Jaspreet Kaur, Municipal Councillor, Phase 2, Mohali and her husband Raja Kanwarjyot Singh formally inaugurated a unique 'Mental Health Cafe' - Your Sugar Daddy in Sector 54, Phase 2, Mohali.  Ms Jaspreet Kaur said, “I congratulate Angel for starting this unique initiative. Though we live in a modern society, there is a stigma surrounding mental health. Cake mixing ceremony at Novotel heralds Xmas festivities in City Beautiful

  Chandigarh : An aesthetically designed cake mixing ceremony was held at City Beautiful’s iconic Novotel Hotel Tribune Chowk today, heralding Xmas festivities in the tricity. Hindu grouping formed by Ex Cong minister in presence of Sidhu, Sekhri says Punjab CM surrounded by coterie

Chandigarh : In a major development in Punjab politics just before the Assembly elections, a grouping of the Hindu community has been announced in the presence of PPCC President Navjot Singh Sidhu. The organisation of Hindus has been named as Sanyukta Hindu  Mahasabha – Punjab . Its chairman is Ashwani Sekhri,  a senior Punjab Congress leader, who has been a Cabinet minister of Punjab and also 3-times MLA from Batala.
